These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Aadvik JewelNest website at https://aadviknest.com/ecom ("Site") and any purchase you make through it. Aadvik JewelNest is an online-only fashion jewellery and accessories brand based in Padur, Chennai, India — we do not operate a walk-in retail store; all orders are placed and fulfilled through this website, and we're also reachable via Instagram, WhatsApp, and occasional pop-up stalls. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this Site by anyone else. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, the server on which it is hosted, or any server, computer, or database connected to it.
All products listed are imitation/fashion jewellery and accessories unless otherwise stated. We make every effort to display product colours, finishes, and sizes accurately, but slight variations may occur due to photography, lighting, or screen settings. Prices displayed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices, descriptions, or availability of any product at any time without prior notice.
When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy the selected product(s) at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order — for example, in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. Payment can be made online (UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets via Razorpay) or via Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. Orders are only confirmed once payment is successfully completed (for prepaid orders) or the order is placed (for COD orders).
We currently ship across India. Orders are typically packed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–10 working days, depending on your location and courier serviceability. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed — delays due to courier partners, weather, regional restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur. Tracking details are shared via SMS/WhatsApp/email once your order is dispatched.

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aadvik JewelNest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have as a consumer under applicable Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
